PMC Final Results 2004

Pupil's Comments

I thought of pizzas when solving no 20

I liked the funny names

They were right to call it a challenge

Hard and tricky but there are always ways around each problem

Do they expect me to know this?

I didn't panic - I just got on and did it!

They didn't fool me with that one!

Teacher's Comments

Very thought-provoking

The papers were excellent

Good mix of skills and thinking

Excellent - a brilliant challenge

It made them think

I will use the problems in future maths lessons

Not too hard - not too easy - just right

Challenging (even for the staff!)

Plenty of discussion afterwards

Some really tricky ones this year
